Import customs clearances
For Germany:
We can clear consignments for German recipients at our German border offices. The border stopover of the trucks (invalidation of the transport permit, tolls, breaks, etc.), which is necessary anyway, is used to clear your consignment.
Another often difficult and time-consuming journey to an inland customs office is no longer necessary. This means that your goods arrive quicker. All German customs offices can be served via ATLAS. We take care of your imports, even if the consignments are transported by ship, rail or air. Walter Sebert always remains your contact for customs logistics.
To the European Union (fiscal representative)
Tax-free deliveries to other EU countries can be cleared without levying EUSt. Walter Sebert is a fiscal representative and acts vis-à-vis German customs with its own special VAT ID number.
The VAT declaration is made in the same way as for an intra-Community delivery; we take care of the recapitulative statement for you and transfer the tax liability to the respective recipient country. (Not possible in Austria for Austrian recipients of goods and companies registered in Austria. Not possible in Germany for German consignees/place of unloading).
For Austria:
We can clear consignments for Austrian consignees at our border offices. The border stopover of the transporters, which is necessary anyway (invalidation of the transport permit, toll, breaks, etc.), is used to clear your consignment. Another often difficult and time-consuming journey to an inland customs office is no longer necessary. As a result, your goods arrive quicker.
Export clearances
Since 1 July 2009, export declarations must be made using the electronic export procedure (Automated Export System - AES). If you do not have your own electronic access to the AES "ATLAS", we can gladly take over the export declaration for you at your responsible customs office. The EU export surveillance is carried out by Walter Sebert, the customs export confirmation is transmitted to the exporter by us.

We are also happy to take care of export customs clearance of consignments from Austria at our Austrian branches after prior notification at the border. Power of attorney must be granted and responsibilities clarified.
Processing of GVV (T1/T2)
Processing of goods for Community/Common Transit through NCTS, to all countries where the GVV Convention is valid (currently all EU countries, all EFTA countries, as well as Turkey, Serbia, North Macedonia and the United Kingdom).
CARNET-TIR
Opening of a TIR Carnet and NCTS declaration.
Neutralisation
An exchange of freight documents takes place directly in our office at the border crossing and often eliminates unnecessary, costly extra kilometres.

Storage of customs and free goods in the 4000m² warehouse
TRACES inspection body for food and feed
Our warehouse in Freilassing is certified for food and feed. In cooperation with the Bad Reichenhall Food Authority, foods subject to GGED are sampled in accordance with Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1793 and released for import declaration.
Conformity check
Fresh fruit and vegetables must be subjected to a conformity check of the marketing standards. We take over the registration with the BLE (Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food) for you and support/coordinate the authority in case of possible inspection intentions.
RCA-Rola-Agancy
Walter Sebert takes care of ticket issue and dispatch handling for the Wels-Maribor route and back.
GO toll
Walter Sebert is an officially authorised representative for the collection of Austrian road tolls in Spielfeld and Nickelsdorf.
VAT refund
We apply for a VAT refund for you at the Austrian Foreigners' Tax Office in Graz.
