Training as an office management assistant
We have been a respected training company for young people in our region for decades. In the past, when the vocational school in Freilassing still offered this course, we trained freight forwarding clerks. Nowadays, trainees wishing to become freight forwarding clerks have to attend the vocational school in Munich. That is why we have been offering training as an office management assistant for many years. Here, the vocational school training takes place in Freilassing again.
Our trainees consistently achieve good to very good results. In 2025, one of our trainees passed her final exam with an outstanding score of 87 points and was honoured by the vocational school and the Bavarian Freight Forwarders Association. Over the past seven years, seven graduates have completed their final exams with a grade point average between 1 and 2.
We currently employ three trainees at our Bad Reichenhall and Freilassing locations.
We have four IHK-certified trainers available for training.
Training as an office administrator
We have been a respected training company for young people for decades. We train our apprentices in office administration at several locations. Where possible, we give our apprentices a broad insight into various areas of responsibility and departments, and we see our young colleagues as valuable support for our team and as an investment in the future of the company.
Many of our former apprentices are happy to continue working for our company after passing their exams.
We currently employ one apprentice in Austria.
A certified apprentice trainer is responsible for training our apprentices across all branches.
